How billing works
Start a conversation
Open a chat and describe what you're stuck on. A builder accepts and replies — avg. first response ~15 min during business hours.
Chat until resolved
Soft 30-minute cap — your builder will check in if you're approaching it. You can extend for 1 more credit.
1 credit charged at close
When you close the conversation, 1 credit is deducted. No surprises mid-chat.
Night window (00:00–06:00 CET) sessions require advance notice before 22:00 CET the prior evening.
If your first chat doesn't move you forward, you don't pay.
We stand behind the quality of our builders. No progress on your blocker — credit refunded, no questions asked. This applies to your first conversation on every new pack.
Prices exclude VAT where applicable. VAT is shown clearly at checkout. EU VAT-OSS handled automatically.
Common questions
Can I escalate to a live video call?
Yes. From inside any active paid conversation, click "Video call · €240" in the chat header. Your builder shares a Google Meet link directly in chat — both of you are emailed it instantly. Same builder, no rebriefing, joins within 60 minutes. Billed separately at €240 per session.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. They do not expire mid-conversation.
Can I top up at any time?
Yes. Credits from new packages stack on your existing balance.
When is the credit charged?
1 credit is deducted when you close the conversation. Nothing is charged while the chat is open. A soft 30-minute cap applies — your builder will check in and can extend for 1 more credit if needed.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Invoicing available on request.
When does the Solo Subscription become available?
After completing 4 or more paid conversations with the same builder. It is a graduation tier, not available on sign-up.
How does the Team Subscription work?
One subscription covers up to 5 named users paired with a single senior builder. If your builder is ever unavailable, another senior builder steps in — included in the subscription at no extra charge. After purchase, the subscription owner invites team members from the dashboard. Each member must have a Suportra account.
What is Founder's Hour?
Founder's Hour gives you the founder personally as your matched builder — six hours per week, highest priority, annual commitment. There is one slot at a time. Join the waitlist at hello@suportra.com and we will contact you in order when a slot opens. No commitment until then.
