Cloud Solutions

You're probably paying for things you're not using.

Most companies don't have a cloud strategy — they have a cloud history. A series of decisions made under pressure that added up to something complicated and expensive. The good news is that most of it is fixable without a full rewrite, and the savings usually show up in the first month.

What this involves

Architecture that fits what you're building

EC2, serverless, containers, or managed services — depending on what you're actually running and how it needs to grow. We start from what you need and work backwards to the right services, rather than from what's familiar or what a vendor is pushing at their current conference.

Migrations that don't break production

Moving between cloud providers, or from on-premise to cloud, without the week of downtime that migration projects often cause. Blue-green deployments, staged rollouts, and rollback plans that you actually hope you never need — but are glad you have when something unexpected happens.

Cost that doesn't surprise you

Cloud bills are uniquely good at growing without anyone noticing until the invoice arrives. We audit what you're running, find what's idle or over-provisioned, set up budgets and alerts, and make the changes that bring the bill down — with explanations simple enough that someone who isn't a cloud engineer can understand what changed.

Security that holds

IAM policies that follow least privilege, encryption at rest and in transit, network configuration that doesn't accidentally expose things that shouldn't be public. Most cloud security problems are configuration problems, not sophisticated attacks. We find and fix the configuration issues before they become incidents.

This is a good fit if…

  • Your AWS, GCP, or Azure bill has grown faster than your actual usage
  • You're migrating from one provider to another, or from on-premise to cloud
  • You've had a security incident or are approaching a compliance audit
  • You're growing fast and the cloud setup that worked at 100 users isn't working at 10,000
  • Your cloud infrastructure is only understood by one or two people and that feels like a risk

Common questions

Which cloud provider do you recommend?

It depends on your team's existing skills, your regulatory environment, and what services you actually need. AWS has the broadest service catalog. GCP is strong for AI/ML workloads. Azure makes sense if you're already in the Microsoft ecosystem. We'll give you a real recommendation, not a default.

How quickly can you reduce our cloud bill?

Most audits find meaningful savings within the first week. Implementing the changes typically takes 2–4 weeks. The savings usually appear in the next billing cycle.

Can you help with compliance requirements (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)?

We handle the technical controls — encryption, access logging, network segmentation, audit trails. The compliance program itself (policies, procedures, vendor assessments) is a separate engagement — we'll tell you where one ends and the other begins.

Do you work with multi-cloud setups?

Yes. Multi-cloud adds operational complexity, but sometimes the right answer genuinely is "use S3 for this and GCS for that." We help you make those decisions with open eyes to the overhead that comes with them.
