Odoo Development
Odoo that fits your business, not the other way around.
Odoo is a genuinely good platform. The mistake most companies make is buying it and then trying to make their business fit the default workflows instead of the other way around. The custom development work isn't a workaround — it's the point. The 20% that doesn't fit out of the box is usually the 20% that makes your business different.
What this involves
Custom modules for your actual process
The sales workflow that's standard in Odoo is fine for most companies. The inventory management that's standard might not work for yours at all. We build the modules that cover the gap between what Odoo ships with and how your business actually operates — without fighting the framework in ways that break on upgrades.
Implementation that sticks
Getting Odoo running is one thing. Getting your team to use it consistently is another. We handle data migration, user training, and the configuration decisions that determine whether adoption takes or dies quietly. ERP projects that fail usually fail on adoption, not technology.
Third-party integrations
Accounting systems, e-commerce platforms, logistics providers, payment gateways, CRMs. Odoo's API is well-documented and we've connected it to most of the common systems. When the integration doesn't exist, we build it in a way that survives Odoo version updates.
Migration from older systems
Moving from SAP, Dynamics, or a custom-built internal tool to Odoo without losing historical data or breaking existing processes. Migration projects have a reputation for going badly. Most of that is avoidable with enough planning upfront and realistic expectations about what "migrating data" actually involves.
This is a good fit if…
- You're implementing Odoo for the first time and want to avoid the common configuration mistakes
- You're on Odoo but it's been set up in ways that don't quite fit and need someone to fix rather than replace it
- You need Odoo to talk to another system in your stack — accounting software, a marketplace, a logistics provider
- You're migrating from a different ERP and need the historical data to come with you
- You have custom business logic that no off-the-shelf module handles correctly
Technologies we use
We work in the stack you already have. Here's what we typically reach for in this area.
Common questions
Which version of Odoo do you work with?
Odoo 16 through 19 (latest), plus migrations from older versions going back to v13. We work on both Community and Enterprise editions.
What's the difference between Odoo Community and Enterprise?
Community is free and open-source. Enterprise adds modules like payroll, sign, IoT, and comes with official vendor support. For most companies, the Enterprise subscription cost is worth it for the missing modules alone — we'll tell you which one makes sense for what you need.
How long does an Odoo implementation take?
A standard implementation covering sales, inventory, and accounting is typically 6–12 weeks including training and go-live. Custom module development is on top of that depending on complexity.
Can you migrate our data from our existing system?
Yes. Data migration is always the most underestimated part of an ERP project. We do it carefully, with validation steps and a dry run before cutover — not a one-shot import that you discover has problems two weeks later.
